Piers Cumberlege | UK | Finance

Piers is the Executive Director of All You Need for Growth™ in the UK. He is a global nomad, having lived and worked across Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America with multi-national corporations, international and civil society organizations. He has a special interest in growing businesses through deploying capital, expertise and targeted technical assistance and a particular focus on emerging markets investment, having established and managed commercial private equity funds investing in Russia and Africa, as well as non-profit sustainable economic development initiatives. Piers particularly enjoys operating at the policy and governance intersection of government and business, as at the World Economic Forum, where he also oversaw the interests of the global Professional Services industry leaders. He speaks a number of languages and holds a Master’s degree from Oxford University and a graduate business degree from Coventry University in association with the General Electric Company.

Edouard is a Partner of AYNFG in the United States, and leads Finance for Growth™, the financial advisory arm of All You Need for Growth™. Edouard is a corporate finance professional with over 15 years of experience in advising M&A transactions across Western Europe, Asia Pacific and the US. He previously worked for the investment banking arm of HSBC in Paris, London, New York and Hong Kong, developing a specialty in structuring cross-border joint venture and equity partnerships. He also accumulated extensive experience in advising private equity funds on buyside and sellside assignments.

At All You Need for Growth™, he will help you assess your financing options, and prepare to negotiate with equity/fixed income and other strategic partners.

Emmanuel is a recognized scholar in the fields of leadership and organizational theory, and an experienced management consultant at Strategy for Growth™. Emmanuel will help you design an organization that fits with your strategy, manage team dynamics and empower collaborators, and enhance executive leadership through purposeful decision-making. As an academic partner in Executive Education programs at HEC Paris over the past 12 years, he has participated in many executive training programs for companies such as Bouygues, L'Oreal, Colas, Casino, MatMut, Bred, Elior, Orange, Atos and Sodiaal. Marie-Josee Andrieu | International Development

Marie-Josee is an exceptionally experienced professional in International Business Development with more than 25 years spent in Embassies, Public Administrations, and global ICT and consulting companies. Before joining All You Need for Growth™, she served within the US Embassy in Paris as Regional Director for France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg at SelectUSA, the US Department of Commerce’s federal agency, aiming at attracting Foreign Investment in the US. Prior to that, Marie-Josee was Deputy-Head of the Americas office at the Directorate of the Treasury, based at the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, and covered North America and the Caribbean. Previously, she gained a strong knowledge of the ICT industry and of international business development working on Sales and Marketing at Atos Origin and HP, and leading the Southern European activities of a Norwegian Consulting company. At All You Need for Growth™, she will put her experience and network at the service of your desire for international expansion.
